The development of computer network technology is rapidly advancing in response to society's increasing demand for services. Currently, the most widely used protocol IPv4, but it has some limitations. To address these limitations, a new protocol, IPv6, been developed. More and more devices are using IPv6 as their IP address, while many existing technologies internet still use IPv4. Therefore, mechanism required transition from IPv4 IPv6. 6RD tunneling method Power Line Communication networks connect two or electrical wiring data transmission medium. equipped with charger laptop drill, creating load test performance Quality Service(QoS) throughput parameter. measured Rerate upload was 11800 Kbit/s without any additional load, 9377.8 an 6082.2 drill load. download 8098.8 7782.8 5996 loads. With this mechanism, can communicate allowing efficient communication.
